As Client Services Manager at Orium Finance, I focus on making the finance process seamless for our clients by providing clear communication, efficient coordination and strong post-settlement support. My role is all about ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage, from initial application through to settlement and beyond.

I manage day to day client communications, assist with documentation and lender coordination and oversee our follow-up and review process to maintain long-term relationships. With a background in logistics and operations, I bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a client-first mindset to every interaction.
